I am still trying to figure out how I feel about LMS. I just started using the system and am currently learning how to use all the features. There is so much that goes into creating the course, uploading it properly, implementing all of our learners into the system, and figuring out how to access the assessment tools to create reports for my boss. I imagine once I get the hang of everything I will be so grateful for such an organized system and it will make my job less invasive. That said I would encourage other organizations to explore new means of delivering training over the internet.
