A mailout could also be another way to give away your promotional product. Think a little wider and you could promote your brand to an entire team. A nice gesture might be to create notepads with the names of each member of a sales team that send you business. Whatever it is, make sure it has your brand name on it, and that it’s easily recognisable.

When’s the best time to use promo-products?

The best time is on a first visit. For the ultimate branding effect, put your brandname in as many places as is possible. If you’re visiting a sales team’s office, why not hand them out a business card and a pen when you meet them?The next time they pick up that item, you are on their mind.

When you have clients or suppliers visiting you, you might also want to hand out promotional gifts. By building a longer rapport with suppliers, you are in a better position to negotiate discounts.

Why you should use promotional products?

When used with customers, not only do you get your name seen, but you become synonymous with that customer’s product line. A token of appreciation shown to a supplier could pay dividends further down the line.

The whole enterprise of promotional products is to aid the delivery of your brand in the marketplace.Aside from the obvious reasons, using promotional products to brand your company is just good advertising. Although you’ll reach fewer people, those who do receive your promotional products are far more likely to use you again – that’s why it makes sense to use them.
